The Best Plants For Your Home

House plants have become particularly popular in millennial homes and they have a wide variety of health benefits! Plants play a role is purifying the air in your homes as well as contributing to what appears to be a calmer and more peaceful home environment.

Let’s not forget, they also look great! Flowers can really make a home feel like a home, and brighten up the place.

New to keeping plants? Opt for something low maintenance and be mindful that too much water can be just as harmful as not enough. If in doubt, invest in a small water spray bottle and give them a light spray every so often instead. This method allows the water to reach the leaves quicker and avoids leaving the plant in a puddle!

To increase the lifespan of your plants consider keeping a moderate temperature throughout your home – consistent extreme changes in temperature can be harmful. Also think about moving them around a little. Adapting their exposure to light can change how well they grow and flower. If a plant is looking particularly limp in a dark corner, perhaps move it to a prime spot near the window and see if this makes a difference.

The key to taking care of your plants is to not give up. Show them some love, be patient and see how they grow.
