Bradford & Wakefield Showroom
Full-time, Permanent
Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

As the leading home improvement Company in Yorkshire, Coral Windows is seeking to fill several roles at Head Office Showroom in Bradford and Wakefield.

We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic, presentable, responsible, and dynamic individual who can evaluate a situation and adapt quickly to ensure a high
standard of customer service is always maintained and meet the required business KPI’s for the branch.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers to gain customer feedback of their experience with the company along with gathering market research information.
  • Collate and report on Management Information of the branch performance.
  • Responsible for achieving business KPI’s.
  • Daily diary management of Design Consultants.
  • Process Customer contractual information including providing personal finance information and the processing of online applications.
  • Responsible for identifying and ordering showroom consumable stock.
  • To work at other local branches.

Experience & Skills required

  • Clean driving license.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a showroom is preferred but training can be provided.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Software.
  • Highly organised and methodical in approach to daily tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Windows & Doors Surveyors - Employed or Sub-Contractors

Full-time, Contract
Up to £70,000.00 per year

Are you an experienced uPVC Surveyor looking to join a well-established local window company trading continuously for 30 years? We are currently looking for experienced Surveyors to join our existing and established team.

Coral Windows & Conservatories – manufacturer and installer, take pride in the high-quality bespoke products, whereby we provide a high-quality service to all our customers.

  • Visiting customer homes to conduct a detailed survey of the property based on a confirmed sales contract.
  • Working to a high standard that meets the current FENSA regulations.
  • Accurate completion of the required paperwork with the utilization of technical equipment to support job role.
  • Deliver excellent standards of customer service to all.

Experience & Skills required

  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance.
  • Experience in working with uPVC home improvement products.
  • Relevant qualifications or time served track record of working within the Fenestration Industry.
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst being a brand ambassador.
  • Have a full clean driving licence.
