All members of the Coral team were polite and friendly. Fitters arrived on time, covered the work area to reduce dirt, and were very jolly. This is the 3rd time Coral have done work for me and I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

I went with coral to replace my windows and doors on a house I have bought. They kept me informed for the windows and doors all way through. In September 2023 they replaced my downstairs windows and doors as could not do upstairs as they thought the soffit and facias were asbestos. I had them tested and good news it was not asbestos so in March I had the upstairs windows replaced....the fitters did a brilliant job as some of the plaster had come away inside the walls and they filled in all the gaps.....The window fitters were brilliant and would recommend them.

Excellent windows and doors. Tradesmen did a flawless job, were polite, provided dust sheets and cleaned up on completion of work.
Communication with management was good.
Would like to thank Leon and Dan in particular for a great job done, and also Andy who came on Easter Sunday to fit our front door canopy.

Had 2 composite doors fitted. Job was done in 5hrs. Good neat job and he cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the doors and the house seems warmer than before. Would recommend them.

Coral replaced my old wooden framed and aluminium, double glazing windows and doors, including a patio sliding door. The fitting team did a fantastic job, at times in some horrible weather over the course of two days. They were hard-working and I was happy to keep them going with cups of tea and biscuits. I am very pleased and impressed with the finished windows and doors I would not hesitate to use Coral again. I will eventually need four more windows replacing in the future. From the sales team, Charles the sales rep, the surveyor to the fitting team, I cannot rate them highly enough. They needed to come back and adjust the cat flap in my new door, but they arrived on the arranged day and sorted it out no problem. Thanks Coral

Superb from start to finish

Having had mixed experiences with getting windows and doors fitted in the past it was with a certain trepidation that we approached the purchase of a new bay window and front door. Thankfully we decided to commission Coral Windows to complete the work who were superb from start to finish. From the initial contact with Gary, who gave us the confidence to place the order, through the fitting to the aftersales service - everything was superb. They even provided a restoration and encapsulation service in order to preserve our original stained glass in both the windows and the door. The fitters did a great job, polite, friendly and provided an excellent finish. The windows and door are of a good quality. And, despite a couple of bumps in the process, the service team ensured everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Plus, we didn't pay a penny, until we were happy. Genuinely 10/10. Well done!
