The responses from thousands of double-glazing customers allow us to compare the largest companies based on their customer service. The Which? results evaluate each double-glazing company based on a variety of criteria, including customer service, product and installation quality, staff knowledge and helpfulness, and installation disarray. Customers of Coral Windows responded to the survey with comments that resulted in the highest aggregate scores of any company in England!

Overall, 88% of the customers surveyed said they were satisfied with the supply and installation of their double glazing. Coral Windows also received the joint highest proportion of customers who said they were very satisfied with their double glazing. 90% said that they would recommend Coral Windows.
