CPA Customer Satisfaction Results Q3 2020
At Coral Windows, customers are at the heart of our business. We not only take pride in our top-quality products, but also the customer service our customers receive before, during and after installation.
Every quarter, the Consumer Protection Association provides a customer feedback report. Here the CPA sends out a confidential survey to clients after the completion of their home improvements. Customers then score the business based on their professionalism, efficiency and quality of work carried out.
Understandably, the past year has been a very uncertain time for businesses across the globe. Everyone here at Coral Windows has worked hard to maintain our exceptional levels of professionalism and these unprecedented circumstances have certainly tested all of us.
Despite these difficult times, we’re proud to announce that we’ve received absolutely outstanding feedback from our CPA this quarter. From the 1st of July to the 30th of September, 56% of customers have scored our overall service as ‘excellent’.
Despite the current circumstances, this is one of the best feedback reports we’ve ever received. We’re so pleased about the results and this is a clear testament to our fantastic team at Coral Windows, who continuously strive to deliver top-quality service with every installation.
Since lockdown has been relaxed, our team have worked around the clock and have been extremely busy providing services for our customers. Even with the huge demand for home improvements after lockdown, and our team having to adjust to working life during a pandemic, we couldn’t be happier with these fantastic results and the unfaltering dedication from everyone at Coral Windows.
Dealing with Specific Issues
Not only this, but the survey also asked customers to rate Coral Windows on how they found our team when dealing with specific issues. This is to help companies understand where they could improve and adjust their services where needed, ensuring their staff are always delivering high levels of customer service.
This section includes four different categories that customers assessed. This includes:
- Were the appropriate undertakings fulfilled?
- Was the work carried out efficiently?
- Were the team courteous and professional?
- Would you recommend the company?
On every category, Coral Windows achieved 100% satisfaction. Customer service is at the forefront of our business, and we’re so pleased that these results reflect our company ethos at Coral Windows and all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. We’re endlessly grateful to all of our loyal customers and fantastic team for their continued support across the last quarter and prior to this also.
