The Casement Window Design

A casement window is hinged at the side and opens outward like a door. This design provides several distinct advantages. Firstly, it allows for maximum ventilation as the entire window can open. Secondly, the unique opening mechanism provides an unobstructed view, making them perfect for those who appreciate a good outside view. Furthermore, their ease of operation makes them ideal for hard-to-reach areas, like over kitchen sinks or in tight bathroom spaces.

Material Choices and Durability

At Coral Windows, we understand that every home’s style and durability needs are different. Therefore, we offer casement windows in a variety of materials, including uPVC, wood and aluminium. Each material has its own benefits:

uPVC: Known for its durability, low maintenance and excellent thermal efficiency.

Wood: Adds a classic, timeless look and provides natural insulation.

Aluminium: Offers strength, durability, and a sleek, modern aesthetic; these are especially popular in contemporary homes.

This tight sealing also improves the window’s acoustic insulation, blocking out unwanted noise from outside.

Security Features

Security is a vital consideration for any window purchase. Coral Windows’ casement designs come equipped with high-security features. The hook-shaped casement locks embedded into the frame make them extremely difficult to break into once closed, providing peace of mind for homeowners concerned about security.
