The Consumer Protection Association has issued its Annual Survey Report for year ending 2008. They believe it is vital to evaluate both the professionalism and quality of their members work and by establishing this is to ask past customers what they thought of the company who had installed at their premises.
The chart below is made up from scores each customer awarded the company in respect of their overall performance. This scoring is supplied by the customer when they apply for their Insurance Backed Guarantee once their installation has been completed.
